Refund Policy
At The Local Leaders Collective, we strive to offer valuable networking and business growth opportunities to our members. We understand that plans can change, and we offer the following refund conditions:
Onboarding Fee: The one-time onboarding fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation within First Month: Members who decide to cancel their subscription within the first month of membership will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining days of the month.
Beyond First Month: After the first month, members may still cancel their subscription at any time; however, refunds are not typically provided. We encourage members to utilize their membership fully before deciding to cancel.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances, such as severe financial hardship or medical issues, members may request an exception to our refund policy by contacting our support team. Each request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation Policy
Membership at The Local Leaders Collective is flexible to accommodate the dynamic nature of business and entrepreneurship:
Cancellation Process: Members can cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard in the customer portal or by contacting our customer support team directly via email at team@localleaderscollective.com.
Effective Date: Cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle, allowing members full access until the period ends.
Reactivation: Former members wishing to rejoin may do so at any time through our website, subject to the prevailing membership and onboarding fees and terms.
Changes to Subscription
Members can upgrade or downgrade their subscription tiers through their account dashboard in the customer portal. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
