How it All Began
In the swirling midst of transition and identity shift following his company's exit, our co-founder, Will Weinraub, found himself standing at the intersection of 'What Now?' and 'Where Do I Belong?'. He sought a tribe, a vibe, a place where he could ditch the mask, connect authentically and lean into the power of collective wisdom. But it wasn’t out there. At least, not in the shape he needed.
Most existing organizations seemed to offer admission tickets with terms and conditions that didn't quite fit. So, what's an entrepreneur to do when faced with a gap in the market? Well, they get inventive.
Joining forces with Os Alvarez and Adam Silberstein, two experienced facilitators with a deep understanding of the transformational power of peer groups, they set about building what Will had been searching for.
Local Leaders Collective was born - not out of novelty, but necessity. A place designed to foster genuine collaboration among entrepreneurs, founders, and changemakers.
